Howardian View is a collection of 3 high-spec and substantial 2 and 3-bedroom detached bungalows, close to Easingwold and 11 miles north of The City of York.
Our final property, The Oak, is a spacious 3-bed detached bungalow with an extremely large garden leading from the kitchen, which is truly the heart of the home. The Oak also features PV solar panels, which could save up to £480 per year in energy expenses.
This is because investing in a brand-new solar powered home makes you less reliant on the National Grid, and, based on Energy Saving Trust estimates, a typical household can knock between £195 and £480 per year off annual utility bills at the current Energy Price Guarantee rates.
Each of the homes at Howardian View have achieved an energy efficiency rating of A!!
Part-Exchange may be considered or ask about our Assisted Move offer, which can help to make the process of buying a brand-new home with Mulgrave Properties much smoother and more affordable.
