Our Assisted Move Scheme has been designed to make your moving experience as effortless as possible, by assisting with the sale of your existing home.

As part of this offer, we shoulder a significant portion of both the burdens and costs traditionally associated with selling a property, including advertising costs and agency fees and provide expert assistance to sell your old home as quickly and efficiently as possible.

After you have chosen your Mulgrave home, we appoint a trusted estate agent to conduct a free and thorough valuation of your current property. Based on this, we’ll then agree on a listing price and our team of experts work closely together for a seamless sale.

Once your property is sold, we’ll handle the remaining details for a stress-free transition. The final step is reserving your new Mulgrave home, and, when the sale is fully complete, it’s officially yours to move into!

Our partners at New Home Solutions will assist you from start to finish with the sale of your current property, so that you can secure your new build Mulgrave home as soon as possible.

From initial valuation, through to marketing, negotiating offers and progressing your sale, New Home Solutions are on hand 7 days a week to guide you through every step of the way.

How It Works

Application

  • Complete an application form with our on-site Sales Advisor.
  • New Home Solutions will contact you to arrange for two local estate agents, along with New Homes Solutions to carry out valuations on your home at a date / time convenient for yourself.
  • Marketing photos will be taken during the valuation stage, so your home can be marketed swiftly, with no delays.
  • Valuations will be returned to the housebuilder in readiness for the weekend and your Mulgrave sales advisor will contact you to discuss further.

Sales & Marketing

  • Your home will be marketed by the two local agents and New Home Solutions, who’ll be your single point of contact.
  • New Home Solutions will contact you with viewing requests and arrange mutually convenient appointments.
  • All sales offers will be negotiated by New Home Solutions’ experienced in-house Sales Manager.

Sales Progression

  • New Homes Solutions’ dedicated sales progressor will ensure your purchaser, their solicitors’ and financial advisor are moving forward in a timely manner. Any chain will also be checked throughout the Assisted Move process.
  • New Home Solutions will provide clear and constant updates to yourself and your housebuilder.

Completion

  • NHS will assist with logistics on completion day to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Assisted Move Terms and Conditions

  1. Assisted Move is available on selected homes only. Please contact our development specific sales advisors for full terms and conditions and further information.
  2. The Assisted Move scheme runs for a period of 6 weeks.
  3. Three agents will value your current home and it will be marketed at a pre-agreed price to achieve a x6 week sale.
  4. The estate agent’s fees will be paid in full by Mulgrave properties. If a successful buyer is found, however, the purchase of your Mulgrave home does not proceed to completion, you’ll be liable to pay all estate agent’s fees and costs yourself.
  5. At the point of signing to join the Assisted Move scheme, we will agree your preferred plot and price to purchase.
  6. It is your responsibility to ensure all estate agent details relating to the sale of your property are checked and accurate.
  7. Mulgrave Properties have the right to cancel or withdraw from the Assisted Move scheme at any time, at which point your reservation fee will be refunded in full.
