We are excited to announce that following the Chancellor’s announcement of a Stamp Duty ‘holiday’ for properties up to the value of £500,000, we are extending the offer for our customers and will pay the 5% stamp duty rate for properties up to £795,000!

This means there will be ZERO stamp duty to pay, saving our customers up to £30,000 when purchasing a Mulgrave home!
