Glebe Farm is nestled in the historic village of Killinghall, just three miles north of the hugely desirable spa town of Harrogate and 10 miles south of the cathedral city of Ripon.
 
With such an excellent location and situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Killinghall is the ideal village for both commuters and people looking to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of a quiet and traditional North Yorkshire village.
 
The local area remains largely rural with a number of active farms within the village. A nearby country park of around twenty-five acres is extremely popular with wildlife enthusiasts who can enjoy visiting Killinghall Moor conservation area to see an abundance of native birds and wildlife.

Killinghall is home to a thriving local community with the historic village hall at its heart. There is also a church, doctor’s surgery, several cosy pubs and a children’s day nursery.
 
Nearby Harrogate offers a fantastic range of boutique shops, independent eateries, bars, supermarkets and sporting facilities.
 
The thriving town of Knaresborough is only a short drive away and popular attractions such as Harewood House, Fountains Abbey and Ripley Castle are all close by.

Transport


Killinghall offers excellent transport links.
 
The village is located a short distance to the A61 linking it to Harrogate (3 miles south) and Ripon (10 miles North) and both York and Leeds are within an hour’s drive.
 
Harrogate railway station, only 10 minutes from Killinghall, has connection services to and from London Kings Cross as well as providing direct connections to main line services at Leeds and York.
 
A regular bus service between Ripon, Harrogate and Leeds stops in Killinghall on the A61
